At the Parish Council meeting held on Monday 10th February it was resolved to form a Planning Committee.
In normal circumstances, planning applications are discussed at the full monthly Council meeting. When the deadline for submission of comments falls between monthly meetings, and the Case Officer does not grant an extension of time for consideration of the application(s), the Chair, Vice Chair or Clerk may convene a meeting of the Planning Committee, which will meet at a convenient place, date and time to the members. This may be a virtual meeting using Zoom if a face-to-face meeting cannot be conducted for any reason. The full Council will be informed (by e-mail) that a meeting has been convened.
